During a visit to the Art Institute of Chicago I came upon a room featuring 19th century wood carvings that once adorned the walls of lavish ballrooms. This cornucopia of cast and hand fabricated sterling silver plant forms was inspired by those glorious pieces. It measures 3 inches long and 1.5 inches wide.
